2. One Qualifying Bet may trigger one prize from the prize pool during each promotion.
3. Prizes are paid out as the multiplier of the winning customer’s bet amount excluding Bonus Spins Bonus prizes and/or Instant Bonus prizes.
A customer may win multiple Daily Prize Drops each Daily Prize Drop Day.
4. Bonus Spins bonuses may be awarded to a player in the form of 10 and/or 5 Bonus Spins Bonuses for the same participating game in which the player won the prize.
5. Instant bonuses may be awarded to a player for the selected participating game for the same bet as the winning bet
6. Once awarded to the player, the Bonus Spins Bonuses and Instant Bonus winnings have no wagering requirements.
7. The Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.

17. Mzansibet will make an initial effort to resolve the dispute between the parties involved before escalating it to the Western Cape Gambling & Racing Board (WCGRB). If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, Mzansibet will then refer the matter to the WCGRB. This does not prevent the complainant from independently bringing the dispute to the WCGRB as well.
